Shiloh Crossing, located in Avon, IN, has been managed and leased by ConsortiumCRE for the past three years. The latest new tenant, WAX THAT, will be opening soon, bringing the center to full occupancy. The parking lot has recently benefited from new signs to assist in traffic flow.
