ConsortiumCRE is excited to announce that Micro Center will be entering Indiana with thier first store in the state, occupying 35,000 square feet at 5702 E 86th St., Indianapolis, IN.
Castleton is a super regional trade area, seeing more than 100 million visitors per year and is home to the largest concentration of retail in the state.

This will be Micro Center's first and only store in the state of Indiana, choosing to go on the northside of Indianapolis in the Castleton, within the Indianapolis MSA.

Camping World, bound by a long term lease, retained ConsortiumRE to identify a subtenant to assume the obligation under a sublease agreement after determing they were no longer going to be open and opertating as Camping World at this location.
