150 commercial real estate pros descended on the historic Columbia Club, downtown Indy to discuss the state of the Indianapolis market. Keith Stark, CEO of ConsortiumCRE, spoke as the retail sector expert on the second panel - ConsortiumCRE also sponsored the event alongside several other idustry leaders.
Keith discussed working on top-end clients such as The One Group, Seritage Growth Properties, Ford's Garage, and more. The panels, broken into three groups, took about an hour to give their insight in the market as it stands and a look forward for each of the respective sectors (retail, office, industrial, multi-family.)
Turnout for the event was as high as it's been on the 7 year run, making this year's event the best one yet. Networking, knowledge, awards, and even a few cocktails at a premier location in Indianapolis - we hope to see an even bigger turnout next year!
